You’re giving anyone affiliated with Bufurgo’s LLC access to your utilities (water, electric, and septic/sewer) while services are being performed.

By signing the estimate provided, you, the customer, have read and understand Bufurgo’s LLC’s terms and conditions, and are agreeing to pay for the services provided.

You, the customer, are stating that you are 18 years of age or older.

Anyone affiliated with Bufurgo’s LLC will not be responsible if services provided violate HOAs bylaws, rules, and/or terms and conditions.

Anyone affiliated with Bufurgo’s LLC will not be responsible if services provided are performed without homeowner’s consent, if you, the customer, are renting/leasing.

You, the customer, may opt-out of the full minimum hour, however, you will still be paying the minimum $50.00.

Bufurgo’s LLC does not accept cash payments due to change not being available. However, checks and credit cards are accepted.

All credit/debit card transactions will included a 3.5% fee.

Interest free monthly payments are available for services $500.00 or more. Minimum payments and term will be discussed before service(s) are provided.

Monthly bill will be due on the 1st of the month.

Payment(s) may be paid via phone or mail.

Late payments will have three warnings in the mail, spanning throughout three months after the first missed month payment. After the final notice a lien will be placed on your property until payment is received.

Early payment may be needed to purchase supplies for any services that are requested.

Bufurgo’s LLC only assists with moving boxes and furniture. No assistance will be provided for sorting belongings.

Moving assistance is charged by the hour.

Bufurgo’s LLC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

If you, the customer, disrespects anyone affiliated to Bufurgo’s LLC, he/she may leave in the middle of a service without completing the service, and you must pay the total from the quote.

Bufurgo’s LLC currently WILL NOT perform services in tight areas, such as attics and crawl spaces.

Footwear will not be removed if requested. However, footwear covers will be used instead.

You acknowledge that Bufurgo’s LLC charges a minimum of 1 hour / $50 (pricing is subject to change).

Snow shoveling and plowing services are first come first serve, and there is no guarantee that your location will be serviced by Bufurgo’s LLC due to demand.

Exterior painting or staining will only be done while weather permits.

Lawn care will only be performed while weather permits.

Bufurgo’s LLC maximum service range is 75 miles from Monte Vista, CO. Any location further than 35 miles from Monte Vista, CO will require a $35 extra charge. Fee will be added if service(s) are less than $500.

10% off discount for military available, proof is required.

10% off for churches.

You’ll be required to sign a form stating if any known damage caused by Bufurgo’s LLC to your property after services are completed. Proof may be required.

If you, the customer, agrees to letting Bufurgo’s LLC to take before and after pictures, the pictures will be posted on www.bufurgos.com.
