The owner/occupant of the property must be present for the estimate. No exceptions.

Bufurgo’s LLC will discuss the work to be done to only one designated occupant of the location. No exceptions.

Bufurgo’s LLC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

You, the client, are stating that you are 18 years of age or older. If you are under the age of 18 years old services will not be provided. No exceptions.

Bufurgo’s LLC will not judge its clients on the condition of their house. However, if their house feels unsafe (for example: mold that covers more than 10 square feet, violent animals, etc), or unsanitary (for example: pet or human feces around the house, pet or human urine around the house, pet or human vomit around the house, etc), Bufurgo’s LLC will not provide services until the house is cleaned and safe. If there are other messes, such as boxes, clothes, papers, toys, etc, around the house we just kindly ask that the items be moved out of the way to make it accessible for Bufurgo’s LLC to work.

These terms and conditions will be printed out to be signed by the client.

These terms and conditions are subject to change; therefore, all clients will have printed copies that will only apply to them.

You, the client, is giving anyone affiliated with Bufurgo’s LLC access to your utilities (water, electric, trash, and septic/sewer) while services are being provided.

Any mail sent to Bufurgo’s LLC must be sent to P.O. Box 292, Monte Vista, CO 81144. No exceptions.

You, the client, understand that the estimate is a guess at the price for the service(s) provided by Bufurgo’s LLC, and that the final price on the invoice may be different, such as being less or more.

You, the client, acknowledge that Bufurgo’s LLC charges a minimum of 1 hour at $75.00.

You, the client, may opt-out of the full minimum hour, however, you will still be paying the minimum $75.00.

No Refunds. No exceptions.

An invoice stamped paid will only be emailed after payment is received and cleared. No exceptions.

All credit/debit card transactions will include a 3.6% fee.

Payment(s) may be paid in person, phone (if using a credit/debit card), or mail (excludes cash payments).

Payment by check is recommended.

If you, the client, pay by check, make all check(s) payable to Bufurgo’s LLC. No exceptions.

Bufurgo’s LLC will only accept cash payments for the exact amount, due to no change available. No exceptions.

If you, the client, pay in an unreasonable way (for example: paying in all pennies), you will count out the entire amount in the presence of Bufurgo’s LLC. If you pay in such a way, you will be required to break open any coin rolls if there are any. You will also be placed on Bufurgo’s LLC Do Not Service list, so no further services will be provided to you by Bufurgo’s LLC. No exceptions.

Interest free monthly payments are available for services $500.00 or more. No credit check will be performed. Maximum term limit is 24 months. No fees will be applied if paid off early. Minimum payments and terms will be discussed before and after service(s) are provided.

Monthly bill will be due on the 1st of the month. No exceptions.

Late payments will have three warnings by email, spanning throughout three months after the first missed month payment. After the final notice, either a lien will be placed on your property, or you, the client, will be taken to court until payment is received. No exceptions.

You, the client, must be at the location while services are being provided. If you request Bufurgo’s LLC to perform services at the location and you are not available to remain at the location, you must sign a consent form stating that you are allowing Bufurgo’s LLC to work at the location without your presence. No exceptions.

Bufurgo’s LLC’s maximum service range is 50 miles from Monte Vista, CO. Any location further than 35 miles from Monte Vista, CO will require a $35 extra charge per trip. Fee will be added if service(s) are less than $500.

Anyone affiliated with Bufurgo’s LLC will not be responsible if services provided violate an HOAs bylaws, rules, and/or terms and conditions.

Anyone affiliated with Bufurgo’s LLC will not be responsible if services provided are performed without homeowner’s consent, if you, the client, are renting/leasing.

All copies of forms will be emailed to you, the client. No exceptions.

If you, the client, are unhappy with the end result of a service that was provided, you must notify Bufurgo’s LLC before signing the invoice, additional forms will be provided stating your complaint. If you fail to notify Bufurgo’s LLC before you sign the invoice, or if you refuse to sign any forms pertaining to your complaint, no action will be taken unless a new estimate is created, if one is requested. No exceptions.

Early payment may be needed to purchase supplies for any services that are requested.

Bufurgo’s LLC only assists with moving boxes and furniture. No assistance will be provided for sorting, or packing, belongings. No Exceptions

Moving assistance will only be provided in the Bufurgo’s LLC service range, 50 miles from Monte Vista, CO. Bufurgo’s LLC will not assist outside its service range. No exceptions.

If you, the client, requests another service after the initial contract is signed, another estimate will be created. No exceptions.

If you, the client, requests a change to the active contract, you must sign the Change Order form. The Change Order form will be an additional $150.00. No exceptions.

You, the client, understands that Bufurgo’s LLC is not licensed in anything (such as plumbing, electric, carpentry, etc.)

You, the client, understands that Bufurgo’s LLC has no guarantees, or warranties, on any services provided.

You, the client, must notify Bufurgo’s LLC if any cleaning products, or any other items (such as stains, paints, fillers, etc), will affect your health, such as asthma or allergies. If you fail to do so, you will not be allowed to hold Bufurgo’s LLC liable. No exceptions.

If you, the client, refuse to sign any forms for Bufurgo’s LLC, either no services will be provided, or any services that are being provided will end immediately and you will pay the amount for the services done up to that point. No exceptions.

Violating these terms and conditions will result in any services being provided by Bufurgo’s LLC to end immediately, and you, the client, will either pay for the work done up to that point, or the price on the estimate. No exceptions.

Any kind of harassment towards Bufurgo’s LLC will result in legal action.

If you, the client, disrespects anyone affiliated with Bufurgo’s LLC, all personnel with Bufurgo’s LLC will leave in the middle of a service without completing the service(s), and you will pay the total from the estimate. (examples include: insulting, talking down to, yelling/screaming at, cussing at, threatening, telling Bufurgo’s LLC how to do their job, etc). No exceptions.

Any arguments that result in yelling/screaming between occupants at the location (yelling across the building so the other person can hear will not count) will end the contract. All work being performed by Bufurgo’s LLC will stop immediately, and you, the client, will pay for the work performed by Bufurgo’s LLC up to that point. No exceptions.

Bufurgo’s LLC will not be responsible for any pets and/or children, at all in any way. No exceptions.

Any domestic abuse, or domestic violence, will end the contract. All work being performed by Bufurgo’s LLC will stop immediately, and the client will pay for the work performed by Bufurgo’s LLC up to that point. Law enforcement will be called if necessary. No exceptions.

Bufurgo’s LLC will not use client’s tools or equipment, due to liability reasons. No exceptions.

No one shall operate any tools, or equipment, that belongs to Bufurgo’s LLC without permission from Bufurgo’s LLC’s owner (Brian Bond) due to liability reasons. No exceptions.

If anyone moves, touches, or takes any belongings of Bufurgo’s LLC will end the contract. All work being performed by Bufurgo’s LLC will stop immediately, and you, the client, will pay the amount on the estimate. If any belongings of Bufurgo’s LLC are in your way, anyone affiliated with Bufurgo’s LLC will move it for you. Law enforcement will be involved if necessary. No exceptions.

Bufurgo’s LLC currently WILL NOT perform services in tight areas, such as attics and/or crawl spaces. No exceptions.

If excessive amount of pests (such as spiders, bees, wasps, mice, rats, etc) are at the location, Bufurgo’s LLC will work until the pests are gone. No exceptions.

Footwear, such as boots or shoes, will not be removed if requested. However, footwear covers will be used instead. No exceptions.

Snow shoveling and plowing services are first come first serve, and there is no guarantee that your location will be serviced by Bufurgo’s LLC due to demand.

Exterior painting, or staining, will only be done while weather permits. No exceptions.

Lawn care will only be performed while weather permits. No exceptions.

If lawn care services are going to be provided, all irrigation must be turned off approximately 6 hours before arrival. If the client’s lawn is wet, it will not be mowed.

You, the client, will be required to sign a form stating if any known damage caused by Bufurgo’s LLC to your property after services are completed. Proof may be required.

If you, the client, agrees to letting Bufurgo’s LLC to take before and after pictures, the pictures will be posted on www.bufurgos.com. There is no obligation to this and refusing this will not affect the contract.
