After-Hours Rate: $75.00 per hour
1. Estimates and Agreements
- All estimates are valid for six (6) months from the date of issue.
- The price on the estimate is an approximation and may differ from the final invoice.
- A signed estimate or service agreement is required before work begins.
- If the client refuses to sign required forms, no work will be performed.
- Certain projects may require a deposit of up to fifty percent (50%) before work begins.
- The client may opt out of the full minimum hour of service but will still be charged $75.00.
2. Scope of Work
- Bufurgo’s LLC agrees to perform services described in the estimate or agreement.
- Additional work not specified will be separately quoted.
- Bufurgo’s LLC will only assist with moving boxes and furniture, not sorting or packing.
- Bufurgo’s LLC only provides moving assistance within its defined service range.
- Snow shoveling services are first-come, first-served and not guaranteed.
- A minimum of two (2) inches of snow must be present for shoveling.
- Snow shoveling includes only sidewalks and small driveways.
- Exterior work will only be performed if weather permits.
- The client must be at least 18 years old.
- The client will allow access to water, electricity, and septic systems as needed.
Unlicensed Services Notice:
Bufurgo’s LLC is not licensed in any trade or professional service. All work is performed as general labor or handyman assistance.
Materials and Supplies:
Any materials, parts, or supplies purchased by Bufurgo’s LLC remain company property until payment is made in full. Clients are responsible for reimbursing material costs.
3. Service Hours and Rates
- Normal Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; Saturday, 10:00 AM–3:00 PM.
- Standard Rate: $50.00/hr (minimum 1 hour).
- After-Hours Rate: $75.00/hr.
- Change Orders: $100.00 fee.
4. Payment Terms
- Payment is due within thirty (30) days upon completion.
- Monthly service payments are due on the first (1st) of each month.
- Monthly payment terms shall not exceed six (6) months.
- Monthly payments through Bufurgo’s LLC are interest-free.
- Checks must be made payable to 'Bufurgo’s LLC'.
- Cash payments must be exact.
- Unreasonable payment methods (e.g., all pennies) will not be accepted.
- Card payments incur a 3.5-4.0% fee. Fees might change without notice.
- Payments may be made in person, by phone, or by mail.
- After thirty (30) days, a $50.00 late fee applies monthly.
- Deposits may be up to fifty percent (50%).
- Payments over four (4) months late may result in legal action.
- If a client takes Bufurgo’s LLC to court for any reason, the client will be responsible for all related legal fees, court costs, and hourly charges incurred by Bufurgo’s LLC in preparing, attending, or responding to the case.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Clients must give 24 hours’ notice to reschedule.
- No cancellation fees apply.
6. Travel Fees
- $1.00 per mile outside 35 mile range of Monte Vista Post Office in Monte Vista, CO
7. Warranties and Satisfaction
- Only paint-related work carries a one (1) year warranty.
- If unhappy, clients must notify Bufurgo’s LLC before signing the invoice.
- Once signed, the invoice indicates satisfaction.
- No refunds are given.
8. Liability
- Bufurgo’s LLC is not liable for pets, children, HOA violations, or pre-existing issues.
- Client’s renting must have property owner permission.
- Damage caused by Bufurgo’s LLC must be acknowledged on a signed form.
- Other damages are not Bufurgo’s responsibility.
9. Documentation & Communication
- All signed forms and invoices will be emailed.
- Email serves as official written correspondence.
10. Conduct and Safety
- Violent or threatening behavior will result in law enforcement involvement.
- Domestic abuse will end the contract.
- Clients may not use company tools or equipment without permission.
- Bufurgo’s LLC will not use client tools without permission.
- Boots will not be removed, but boot covers will be worn if requested.
11. Photos, Media, and Privacy
- No photos or videos of client property will be posted online without written permission.
12. Legal and Dispute Resolution
- Bufurgo’s LLC reserves the right to refuse service.
- All disputes will be handled under Colorado state law.
- If a client initiates legal action against Bufurgo’s LLC and the company is found not at fault, the client shall be responsible for reimbursing Bufurgo’s LLC for all reasonable attorney fees, court costs, and related expenses.
